Notice regarding processing of personal information (Art. 13 Law 196/2003)
TL.TI Expo wishes to inform the person interested in the show that completion of the form contained in this invitation may provide the personal details needed for his/her pre-registration as a visitor to the show or for the issue of an identification pass or personalized invitations. Failure to enter the details indicated on the form could make it impossible to carry out such procedures. The information so acquired will be processed, including by electronic means, by the structures and personnel charged with doing so by TL.TI Expo (data controller), for the management of registration and participation of visitors to the show, as well as, with his/her consent (to be given by checking the box below), for providing up-dates on future events and forwarding periodicals, catalogues, newsletters, notices and printed materials regarding shows of interest, also by fax and email. (The provision of information for this purpose is, however, optional and has no effect on the visitor's registration for the event). The information may also be processed by Fiera Milano S.p.A. and other companies in the Group for the above purposes, and may be communicated to other parties in the trade fair sector, and to those involved in economic sectors inherent to the show, as well as companies that provide TL.TI Expo with organizational and technical services regarding the show, such as, for example, service and maintenance companies, printers, telemarketing and data management companies, administration consultants, and show performance survey companies, including those with offices abroad. An up-dated list of such parties is available from TL.TI Expo (at the addresses below).
